PDF Desk

PDF Desk is two small offline Windows tools for people who handle PDFs all day: print and repro operators, paralegals, office admins, teachers, archivists.

Contact Sheet turns any PDF into one labeled PNG: every page as a thumbnail with its page number and paper size (A4, Letter, Legal and more), drawn on one shared scale so a stray A5 page really looks smaller, with a red header warning when a file mixes page sizes. Attach it to a job ticket, paste it into an email, or use it as a pre-flight check before printing.

Reorder & Rotate fixes scans that came out reversed, interleaved or sideways. Write a short spec such as rev, all:90 or 3,1-2,5-4:90,last, preview the before and after grids, and apply it to a copy of one file or a whole folder. A mapping_report.csv records exactly which source page became which output page.

Both tools open your files read-only and never write back into the source. No account, no internet, no telemetry. Command-line and windowed versions of each tool are included, plus sample PDFs to try. Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. Single-user license.
